After three month testing, two sets of our own upgraded ring rolling mills have been commissioned and are fully qualified to manufacture valve body from NPS 6"-36" and valve bonnet (closure) from 6"-24" (Max Diamater 1500mm, Max Height 880mm) at stable quality level.

The weight of forging (e.g. valve body, bonnet, rolled ring, gland) made by our ring rolling mills has at least 10% less than that made by conventional forging hammer. Max weight reduction can reach 30%, as well as the cost.
